At PaySmart, our goal is to do more for our payroll customers.  We process payroll and manage employer tax compliance on state of the art software powered by AdaptaSoft, Inc.  They have been providing payroll and employer tax service technology since 1996.  CPA Technology Advisor rates the AdaptaSoft CyberPay software with a 5 star rating.

PaySmart is a recognized leader in providing integrated payroll and insurance solutions to business owners.  We have a full staff of trained and certified payroll professionals along with licensed insurance agents who work together to service our business clients and their employees.

We work with direct business owners to provide our payroll service solutions.  We also work with referral partners such as insurance agents, accountants, and advisors.  PaySmart also offers private label payroll programs for other payroll providers, entrepreneurs and financial service entities.

PaySmart is a privately held company.  We are owned and operated by the same members and principals as The Insurance Shop, LLC.

The Insurance Shop was started in 2005.  The original goal of the agency was to provide better insurance solutions for businesses via the payroll deduction process.  Initially, the company was launched with only one Pay As You Go insurance company and only offered workers' compensation insurance.  We grew quickly by partnering with payroll companies and insurance carriers across the country by providing access to our Pay As You Go insurance products for their customers.

Today the agency is a full service agency providing all lines of business insurance in most states throughout the U.S.  We now offer PayGo insurance for work comp and GL and market these and other insurance products for dozens of insurance companies.

PaySmart, LLC was launched in 2007 in an effort to broaden our national scope and service more cities and customers across the country.
