Our standard small business payroll reports show current and year to date earnings, all deductions, and complete tax information.  Additionally, direct deposits, sick and vacation time, department information, and tax summaries are included with our standard reports.  Other reports available on request and free of charge.

Simple Employee Input Page-

Each time we process your payroll we will send you a new employee input worksheet with each active employee listed on the worksheet along with their hourly wage and space to list hours for the next pay period.  Many variations to choose from.

Easy Banking-

Employee net payrolls, employee taxes, employer taxes and fees post against your small business account each time we process payroll.  This allows clients to hold onto their money longer and ensures they keep funds from un-cashed checks, etc.

Complete Payroll Tax Compliance- 

PaySmart collects and manages all of your employee and employer tax liabilities.  We complete your federal, local, and state tax forms and remit taxes taxes on your behalf.  We'll even assign you an IRS ID that allows you to verify our tax payments anytime.

General Ledger-

We'll provide you a general ledger summary report each time we process your payroll to help you or your accountant know how to post payroll to you company's business taxes.
