can pick which products they want for
their company and employees as needed.
Benefits can be sponsored by our clients
or completely voluntary for employees.
Example 1
Client 1 uses our pay
as you go workers' compensation program
and allows employees to purchase voluntary
dental, vision, and indemnity health
via PaySmart at no sponsorship or additional
cost to them. They opt out of
the 401k offering from Paysmart.
Example 2
Client 2 purchases work
comp, general liability, and property
through us. The opt in to our
401k program and set up on our HRA Prepaid
MasterCard by sponsoring $150.00 per
employee per month for every full-time
employee employed more than 60 days.
Client purchases EPLI insurance.
Example 3
Client 3 does not purchase
business insurance from us. The
elect to sponsor 50% of a customized
Major medical plan and also offer our
dental and vision program. This
client retains their own IRA plan and
we take over administration for that
plan instead of a 401k plan.
Example 4
Client 4 purchases payroll
only from PaySmart and does not utilize
other services.
