401(k) and Retirement Services

PaySmart has partnered with The Online 401(k) to provide both turn-key and custom 401(k) plans with no hidden wrap fees.  With plans starting under $500.00, we offer complete record keeping and administration services, and all plan documents and compliance testing is provided.

Premium Only Plan (POP)

POP plans allow your employees to pay their portion of health insurance premiums on a pretax basis.  This allows your employees to reduce their taxable income and allows the employer to save money by reducing matching payroll taxes.


Flexible Spending Pan (FSA)

An FSA account encourages employees to set aside pretax dollars to pay for their out-of-pocket medical, dental, and dependent care expenses.  Participating employees designate a portion of their pretax salary to be moved into the plan which lowers their taxable income.  As they occur qualified expenses, they get reimbursement from the FSA plan.


Employer Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)

EPLI protects employers against claims by employees where their legal rights have been violated.  Claims may include harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.  Consult with one of our agents to see if this coverage might be right for your business.


Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
